In his role as CEO & President, Kevin Kirby ensures that Freedom provides services of the highest quality to its customers, as well as oversees the company's global brokerage businesses and corporate functions.
Kevin joined Freedom in 1994 and moved to London, England in 1997 to represent Freedom's interest in the U.K. and Europe, assuming responsibilities for running Freedom's joint ventures with Tullet and Tokyo, ICAP and Cantor. In 2003 and 2004 Kevin managed Cantor's US Dollar Interest Rate Swap Desk.
Kevin returned to Canada in 2005 running Interest Rate Swaps, Money Markets and the Bond desks for Freedom International Brokerage Company. In 2015 Kevin assumed the role of President of Freedom International Brokerage Company.
